Sustainable Affordable Housing, Flagstaff AZ
The request for proposal is for the development of a mixed use neighborhood development with an affordable housing component. The proposed project also requires the integration of a permanent affordable housing mix of rental and purchase units based on area median income tables. LEED NC and LEED ND are referenced as the bases for minimal sustainability components.
