It is a multi-stakeholder public board in which applicants are reviewed and appointed by City Council. The City Manager selects members for the Sustainability Cabinet, and the Sustainability Manager selects members for the Sustainability Leadership Team. The term for Sustainability Commission members is three years. The term for internal members is indefinite.
