Utility Tracking for Energy Efficiency & Cost Savings: Briefing

This 30 Second briefing outlines the why and how a city should utilize the EPA - Energy Star Portfolio Manager for tracking and assessing energy consumption, performance and savings within municipal buildings and facilities.

The following template provides the framework for a one page executive summary of a proposed policy or initiative to a Mayor, City Manager, or other Chief Executive.
